How soon is my website live?
Most builds are handed over within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your brief. Bigger change lists and custom builds are quoted with their own delivery window before you pay.
What exactly do I own?
You own the finished website and its source. Your licence covers the business you bought it for, and a certificate confirming it is stored in your customer area.
Can I change the design and copy?
Yes. Everyday branding, wording, colour, image, link and menu changes are free with a purchased enhancement pack; its credits cover new functionality.
Do you connect my domain and email?
We connect the domain you give us, set up email sending and create your admin login before handover. If you do not have a domain yet we will advise on one.
What happens after handover?
You get 3 months of support, and can extend it at any time. Change requests and support tickets both live in your customer area.
What if I want something nobody else has?
