Our custom-built website migration tool creates a tailored handover package for a marketplace purchase or a custom-built website. It is a dedicated service built for our customers, not a generic file download.
Stay hosted with us for the simplicity of a managed service, or choose another provider when you want full control. The decision is yours. Sites with accounts, payments or live data can need extra setup at the new host; the package guides you through those checks, but does not automatically transfer your live code or database.

Hosting with us is a convenient choice, not a requirement. Choose the arrangement that fits the way your website needs to run.
Stay hosted with us
Good for a smaller or growing site when you want us to handle hosting, security and routine infrastructure. Eligible low-resource sites get their first year free.
Move to a host you choose
Recommended when you need full control of your server, expect sustained high traffic, or serve large amounts of video and other bandwidth-heavy content. Check the destination's capacity and compatibility before you move.
When the free year ends
We email you 30 days before. Nothing is charged without your agreement, and you can switch plans or move away.
Moving to your own host
You own your website. Your handover documents explain how to move it, or we'll move it for you.
Fair use
Plans cover normal use. Short traffic spikes are fine; if your site grows for good, we'll suggest the right plan.
Hosting questions
Is hosting really free for the first year?
Yes, for low-resource websites. If your site fits the low-resource limits (roughly up to 10,000 visits a month, 20 pages, 1 GB of files and no AI features), hosting on our managed cloud platform costs nothing for 12 months.
How do you decide if my website is low resource?
We look at monthly visitors, how many pages and files it has, and whether it runs customer accounts, an online shop or AI features. Brochure sites, portfolios and most small-business sites qualify. We'll always tell you before you buy.
What happens when the free year ends?
We email you 30 days before. You can move to a paid plan, move your website to your own host, or let us know you no longer need it. We never charge you without your agreement.
What if my website grows beyond its plan?
Nothing breaks. We'll contact you and suggest the plan that fits, with no surprise charges. Short traffic spikes are fine.
What's the difference between managed cloud and cPanel hosting?
Managed cloud is where your website is built and runs best: fast worldwide, automatic security and backups, and full support for logins, payments and live data. cPanel hosting is a traditional Linux server with a control panel and email accounts, ideal if you want a familiar setup or need email mailboxes.
Will every website work on cPanel hosting?
Simple websites work as-is. Websites with customer accounts, payments or live data may need adapting to run on a traditional server. We'll check your site and quote for any changes first.
Can I move my website to my own host?
Yes, at any time. You own your website, and your handover documents explain how to move it. We can also do the move for you.
Do you include email accounts?
cPanel plans include email accounts. Managed cloud plans don't include mailboxes, but work with any email provider, such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
Should I pay yearly or monthly?
Yearly works out cheaper, about two months free compared with paying monthly. Monthly is available if you prefer smaller payments.
